At HEALY BENDER PATTON & BEEN ARCHITECTS, our practice is centered around the design, support, and maintenance of building facilities.  We bring a streamlined, not too big / not too small approach to our projects. Our size keeps us grounded with our clients, focused on them rather than us as a practice. It also means every one of our clients is critically important to us. The direct involvement of a principal on all projects allows us to be flexible with our clients to ensure services are conformed and adjusted to best fit the individual needs of each of the districts we serve.

Building projects can be complex. Communication is critical during the design stage and in construction. We have staff in the office, on the road, and at your project site, wherever the need is to jump on getting a project done. Principals and Project Managers are involved start to finish; Staff Architects are committed to finding the best solutions; Field Representatives are out and about observing work and communicating with contractors on a daily basis; and our administrative staff is here ready to answer your call and ensure the flow of contracts, questions, and other daily tasks are addressed without delay.

Our dedicated professionals work in a collaborative environment. Each individual brings knowledge, skill and imagination to the project - from sketches that conceptualize, 3D and Revit BIM modeling to tests ideas and Contract Documents that accurately convey design intent.  Each aspect of our services ensures that our clients are provided with thoughtfully designed and well-built projects, completed on-time and on-budget.
