PreK-12 Educational Facilities

HEALY BENDER PATTON & BEEN ARCHITECTS specializes in educational facilities, supporting the specific mission of each of the school districts and organizations we serve. Over 70% of our workload is dedicated to educational architecture, representing over one billion dollars of educational projects since 2000. We have extensive experience on new middle, elementary, and high school projects, including a variety of remodeling, renovation, and addition projects. We manage a number of different contracts using different project delivery systems with construction values ranging from $50,000 to $50 million or more at any one time.

Our continuous experience for over three-quarters of a century provides us with an understanding of how to deliver outstanding facilities that comply with appropriate and applicable provisions of the Illinois State adopted school code and meet applicable federal, state, and local laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations.
